Confirming Your Order
In some instances a representative of our company will call to confirm your order, usually within a short time of order placement.

Small Order Fee
There is a small order fee of $10.00 applied at shipping time to all orders less than $50.00.

If You Must Cancel Your Order

In many cases our order turnaround is very fast, and therefore it is very important that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. We are not able to cancel an order that has already shipped. Items refused at the time of delivery are subject to shipping charges and restocking fees.
