Prices
Prices in effect at time of shipment of goods ~ shall prevail. All prices quoted by Black & Company are subject to change without notice.

Small Order Fee
There is a small order fee of $10.00 applied at shipping time to all orders less than $50.00.

Sales Tax
Black & Company collects sales taxes on shipments delivered to IA, IL, IN, and MO subject to change or addition at any time.

International Orders
International orders are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.

If You Must Cancel Your Order
Contact us immediately by calling (800) 829-4424 , or Fax us at this number (217) 428-1439 . In many cases our order turnaround is very fast, and therefore it is very important that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. We are not able to cancel an order that has already shipped. Items refused at the time of delivery are subject to shipping charges and restocking fees.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

All Returns Must Be Authorized
All returns must be pre-approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Request your RMA by e-mail to: e-comm@blackandco.com .

Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, invoice number, date of invoice, a description of the item you wish to return, and a statement telling why you are requesting an RMA. We will work to respond to your request ASAP.

Your RMA will include specific instructions on how to return your item. You must pre-pay the return freight and insurance, and use a traceable shipping method (i.e. Airborne, UPS, FedEx). Do not send via the postal service as we cannot trace postal service packages.

Black & Company Liability Disclaimer
Black & Company’s liability on any claim for loss or damage arising out of this contract or from the performance or breach thereof or connected with any goods or services supplied hereunder, or the sale, resale, operation or use of goods, whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or other grounds, shall not exceed the price allocable to such goods or services or part thereof involved in the claim, regardless of cause or fault. This limitation of liability reflects a deliberate and bargained-for allocation of risks between Black & Company and Buyer and constitutes the basis of the parties’ bargain, without which Black & Company would not have agreed to the price or terms of this contract.

All data in the Black & Company catalogs and websites regarding specifications and fitness for use were transcribed from manufacturers literature and printed for the convenience of our customers. Black & Company denies any warranty, expressed or implied for the accuracy, currency and reliability of the information contained herein. The value of defective material is the limit of our liability. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
